Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard at this time for your online registration and purchases.
American Express will be added to our online shipping cart shortly.
You also have the choice of picking your purchase up at the shop in person within (3) business days. If you choose this option, you can pay for your purchases in store using Visa, MC, AmEx or cash.
Shipping Rates
WORKSHOPS: All workshop, class fees and event registrations must be PAID IN FULL at time of purchase/registration.
PRODUCT: When purchasing product from our online shopping cart, you have the option of purchasing with your credit card through our secure server OR you can choose to ‘Pick-Up @ Store’ when proceeding through our checkout.
Please note: If you choose to pick up your order at the shop it will be pulled and held for you for 3 business days only !!! If you do not pick up your order or contact the shop within 3 business days, your order will be placed back into the store
For shipping within British Columbia through Canada Post Regular Parcel the following rates apply:
Standard Shipping (0.0kg – 5.0kg): $10.00 per order
Heavy Goods Shipping (5.0kg – 10.0kg) $20.00 per order
Orders out of Province will be subject to additional shipping rates to be added in payment processing.
Orders out of Canada, please contact the store for shipping details.
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of payment. Arrival dates are dependant upon Canada Post shipping times. Current suggested shipping time is 2-9 business days. Please allow for up to two weeks for delivery. If you require your order rushed or would like to pay for Priority Shipping, please contact the store PRIOR to placing your order online.
Please contact us for international shipping information. The customer is responsible for all duties/brokerage fees/customs fees.
